I was in my fam house before and specifically flew here to go to bizwar, knowing that bounty hunters or fib might pull up thats why i landed on roof but still right next to my fam and event. once i was sitting there for a few minutes i figured i was okay to be covered by the rule that you cant kill before events, they were not chasing me beforehand. he wasnt close enough to see his in game id but it says arrest by Del Miller, i know its not much to yall but i lost a good amount of stuff that i was gonna sell at black market because he killed me before this event. my first interaction with that guy is at about 3 minutes when he lands the helicopter next to me, i then flew up a bit and tried to get close enough to tell him about event and then i landed by my fam making it even more obvious that there is an event about to happen.
