2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)​

2.1​

I'm ready to take the next step as a leader. I've been a Deputy Leader in multiple organizations, and those experiences have taught me how to manage members, resolve conflicts, organize activities, and keep a faction running smoothly. I've learned a lot from those roles, and I believe it's time for me to take on the responsibility of leading an organization myself.

2.2​

. I want to make Vagos the most active gang on the server. Activity is what keeps a organization alive, and that's one of my biggest goals. I want members to always have something to do, whether it's events like clands battleship FZ RAID and all of that. I want people to log in because they're excited to be part of Vagos, not because they feel they have to. And i will make sure theres no toxic people in the org if i see someone toxic it will be a imidieate BL from org.

My goal is to leave a lasting impact on Vagos. I don't want to be remembered as someone who simply held the leadership position—I want to be remembered as someone who helped take the faction to another level. My goal is to build a solid foundation with clear structure, experienced leadership, and members who are proud to represent Vagos. I want to develop future leaders or deputies within the gang, create an good environment where everyone has the chance to get better, and leave the organization in a better position than when I took over. Another thing is i want to make Vagos the best gang in the city by actively participating in every gang event, organizing hostage situations, robbing people, completing Store Robberies, Gun Store Robberies, NG Raids, and dominating the streets. I want every other gang and every LEO in the city to recognize and respect the blue color of Vagos If I'm trusted with this opportunity, I want my leadership to have a lasting positive impact that continues even after my term ends. I also want to be remembered as a great leader everyone respects

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

3.1​

I will make sure to recruit members through a proper and a great process so everyone understands the server rules and gang expectations before joining.

3.2​

We will try maintaining the highest activity possible while trying to avoid rule breaks and ensuring high-quality roleplay at all times.

3.3​

Rank chasing, favoritism, toxicity, and gang hopping will not be accepted. If i see Anyone involved in these behaviors I will be blacklisting them from the organization, and I will regularly review logs to ensure everything is fine.

3.4 Bonuses will be distributed as quickly as possible so members are rewarded for their hard work without unnecessary delays.​
