As you can see that nowadays the formula grand car is bugged and there is no way to shoot the player sitting inside that car. However this player ID 415935 was still using the car to avoid getting shots from the LEOs and was roaming between them inside the store robbery perimeters. Either you can consider it in GR 6.21 or GR 6.23.

The other ID 463957 was a gang member of Ballas gang and when lost the fight then just left the game to avoid RP situation. In my pov the player was not shown before leaving the game but you can check the logs that the player was a member of Ballas gang and store robbery was done by Ballas gang.

Furthermore no one was shooting at me. I was just calling the cops to come and arrest that ballas members. I didnt got shot anywhere so therefore I was not abusing the vehicle.
