Life Story:
Kidd grew up in a abusive household and lived on the ghetto side of the city with a lot of criminals. Kidd's father used to always commit crimes and come home drunk to beat him and his siblings up just because he felt like it, and because of their father's issues Kidd lived in poverty with no money to buy food or get drinkable clean water which led Kidd to go get himself a job since his mother isn't available as she passed away in a horrible car accident a month after Kidd was born and what made his father that way is because he was still grieving and couldn't get better. One day Kidd's father got very drunk and he ran out of anti depressants which led to his father taking a shotgun killing both his siblings then committing suicide. Kidd comes back home from work and sees his siblings and fathers lifeless bodies which made him lose his sanity. After a while passed Kidd decided that he wanted to change the world or at least try to change it since all his life he grew up around criminals and fugitives so he joined the San Andres Highway Patrol.
Career Story:
By the time Kidd was 18, he took a huge turn in life, he started doing criminal activities and appeared to have a real talent for it. He enjoyed what he was doing even though he knew if was wrong and illegal. Kidd ended up joining a gang called The Families which ended up being a dark path where he ended up doing highway robberies and taking people hostage but Kidd enjoyed robbing people but he didn't like killing people. So one day he made a new friend that helped him realize that gangs is not a good place to be stuck. Kidd's friend helped him to join LSPD where he could do some good rather than hurting people protect them from harm. Kidd was enjoying his time in LSPD however during this time he realized that he missed doing his criminal activities it would get the adrenaline pumping so Kidd decided to do corrupt things such as taking bribes, breaking body cameras and did not leave any proof behind he also started using illegal weapons and he loved it very much. Kidd ended up staying with LSPD and is an excellent corrupt police officer. Until this day, he is still a corrupt officer now working with the San Andres Highway Patrol constantly breaking the law because it brings so much joy to him and he is good at it.
Outcomes:
1- Kidd can take bribes (up to 100k and guns/ammo/illegal stuff).
2- Kidd can torture suspects to get information. (No Killing)
3- Kidd can smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
4- Kidd can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
5- Kidd can help his friends or family members in any situation.
6- Kidd can buy and sell weapons at black market.
7- Kidd can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself.
8- Kidd can off-road in any off road SUV or 4 Door off road vehicle. (RP driving, no rule breaks).
9- Kidd has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, GR 6.10 and 6.19)
