As you can see that when I reached that location there was a person knocked down and there was neither any active situation nor any 10-10 going on so I went to patch the person but these 2-3 guys came out of no where and started giving me demands to leave the area which is clearly UB demand.

When I reached there was no situation going on. If you have the bodycam as you are saying you were in the situation so if you have bodycam you can post it please.
