Look how many times I hit him and look at his health please he was clearly cheating there is no way he would survive so many shots
I took the order, located him and followed him tried to kill him as you see in the video I hit him many times no success.. Even his health bar is stays on the same level how? am I missing something or is he a real cheater?

He was in the red and green zone I was standing in the green zone the guy was unkillable i don't know what game you guys play but red/green zone means you can still die there someone killed me in that zone and didn't get punished

can you pls tell me why he doesn't die there? cause of gz?

Buddy, are you sure? I wouldn't give anyone any ideas, because there's a Green Zone there you can't shoot or harm anyone inside the Green Zone's boundaries.
after G.Z 1.1 for Hidden area like stores , Gas Stations or parkings...
