As everyone can see on my pov from the starting time frame 0:00 I saw 2x notifications i thought it where a system bug on the first.
But when I reach I saw two caravans

About the ub part. Yah on irl so many people drove their cars on slightly off roads or off roads if they where rich.
Ofc also in the city iam rich own serveral chirons so I don't mind driving them and damaging them to ride hills if necessary. Because on that area people often sneck and shoot at us.so in order to fear for an ambush and my value for my life i didn't get out from my car and drive them to the area, a small tradeoff on money vs life in the ic situation.
