Hello,
I would like to appeal my current punishment because I believe there has been a mistake.
First, I was already banned for 60 days because I said that the game looked like "Cooking Simulator." While I understand that my comment may have been inappropriate, I do not believe it justified such a long suspension. I accepted the punishment even though I felt it was excessive.
However, while I was still serving that 60-day ban, I logged into my account just to check the remaining time and discovered that I had received another ban for 9,000 days.
This is what confuses me the most. Since I was already banned, I could not access the server or play at all, so I don't understand how I could have committed another offense during that period. Because of this, I believe the 9,000-day ban was applied by mistake, and I kindly ask that you review my account and remove it if it was an administrative error.
I would also like to respectfully ask if you could reconsider the original 60-day ban. My comment was simply that the game looked like "Cooking Simulator." It was not intended to harass, threaten, or seriously insult anyone. I understand that it may have broken the rules, and I apologize if it caused any offense, but I believe a 60-day suspension is disproportionate for that kind of comment.
Additionally, I purchased the game's Battle Pass/Game Pass, and because of this suspension I will not be able to complete the content that I paid for.
I respect the server and its staff, and I am not trying to argue with the rules. I am simply asking for a fair review of my case, especially regarding the 9,000-day ban, which I believe was issued in error, and, if possible, a reduction of the original 60-day suspension.
