I was unable to be with my family during the Family War event. For these reasons I would like to kindly request that my account be unbanned or that the punishment be reconsidered. I have never used cheats in any game. I work during the day, and when I get home in the evenings, I just play for fun and occasionally participate in events.
This is my first ban, and I have no personal issues with the player who reported me. I don't even know them. They reported me simply because I'm in the Dalton family, and that's why I got banned.
