Hello Lebron. On other EN servers it does not works like that as I have seen people do get punished for GH 1.3 in these cases. Hence I feel the decision taken by administrator was not correct. Maybe I am wrong, but as you are Curator Of Project I want to confirm this with you.

Leos or ANYONE else cannot enter in HQ without properly RP reason and they had Hostage situation that's RP reason
