Hi, I made a mistake, and I realize it.
And I got banned on my account—account number 559331. I said, "No problem; you're right, I was banned."
I had another account; I opened it, bought GC, and was having fun. I didn't commit any offense—nor would I have—as I was a new player and wasn't aware of the rules. That second account of mine was also closed. I am asking for your help; please assist me.

I know you might not be able to take any action, but please try to understand my situation. I suffer from epilepsy and anger management issues, and I have no way to go out or any other form of entertainment. If you lift my ban, I truly promise to be much more careful regarding the game.
