Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
- I want to become an admin because I have 8 years of roleplay experience. Since Grand RP is moving to FiveM, I believe my 5 years of FiveM experience and 2 years of admin experience in Legacy RP and 17th Street will help me contribute to the server. I want to help players, enforce the rules fairly, and keep the roleplay environment enjoyable for everyone.
What are your strengths?
- My strengths are patience, good communication, fairness, and staying calm under pressure. I can handle reports without bias, follow server rules, and make decisions after understanding both sides of a situation.
What are your weaknesses?
- One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes spend extra time checking all the details before making a decision because I want to be fair. However, I am improving my ability to make accurate decisions more efficiently.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- I can bring my roleplay and FiveM experience, good communication skills, patience, and fairness. I can handle player reports professionally, resolve conflicts calmly, and work well with the admin team to maintain a positive roleplay environment.
