Hello Grand RP Support,
I need help resetting my 2FA.
I can log into my account with my username, email, and password, but I no longer have access to my old phone where Google Authenticator was installed. Unfortunately, I no longer have the QR code or the backup key, so I cannot generate the verification code.
Please reset or remove the 2FA from my account. I can provide any additional information if needed to verify that I am the account owner.
