Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I'm a long time EN2 player and familiar with the rules of the server, player behaviour and treating players fairly. I'd like to use that experience to help EN3 by helping players to resolve reports quickly and to maintain a positive roleplay environment instead of being preoccupied with my own RP.

Sometimes I take a little longer to look at the situation just to make sure that the determination that I make is accurate, but I feel that at times accuracy is more important than rush.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
From my EN2 experience I have learnt how to properly handle player reports and communicate with them in a respectful manner, as well as to manage conflict without prejudice. I can assist the team to respond rapidly to reports, enforce the rules and keep everyone in the team happy.
Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)

I am more interested in community growth than my own. I want to help in any way I can with EN3 and want to stay active, professional and reliable during my admin term, while having taken the experience I gained on EN2 with me.
