Dear Administrator Team,

I am filing this complaint because I was wrongfully banned by the Anti-Cheat system due to a bug

I was not using any third-party software. The ban occurred unexpectedly while I was playing normally, I were in Open Arena and I was just punching someone (see clip) and then I got the Ban.

Since this penalty was triggered automatically by a false positive and not by any rule violation on my part, I kindly ask you to review my case and unban my account.
