2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Experience and Knowledge
I want to be the Leader of SAHP because I have been a High Command and I have worked with departments. I learned a lot of things when I was in those positions like how to take care of members talk to people fix problems inside the organization and deal with things that come up. I also learned that being a leader is not about having a high rank it is also about taking care of the members of SAHP helping them when they need it and making good decisions for SAHP. I think my experience will really help me as the Leader of SAHP because I already know how the departments work and what kind of problems can happen. I want to use what I learned to make SAHP a better place and create a place for the members of SAHP.
2.2 Activity and Development of SAHP
Another reason I want to be the Leader of SAHP is that I want to make SAHP an active and organized place. I want the members of SAHP to really enjoy being part of the organization not join for the rank or the money. I would like to have patrols, trainings and operations for the members of SAHP. Also i want to help new members learn what they need to do and get better at their jobs. I know it is not possible to make everything perfect. I will try my best to keep SAHP active and make sure the members of SAHP always have something to do.
2.3 Communication
My third reason for wanting to be the Leader of SAHP is that I think teamwork and communication are very important. I think communication is one of the important things for a police organization like SAHP because without good communication it is hard to handle situations properly. I want to build a team inside SAHP where the members of SAHP can talk to each other and to the higher ranks without any problems. I also want to work with other organizations, like FIB, LSPD and GOV when we are working together. My goal is to make SAHP a place that other departments can trust and rely on when they need help from SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Improving Roleplay Standards
My first and main goal is to improve the RP level in SAHP. I want the members to properly understand the procedures and RP rules so unnecessary situations caused by incorrect RP can be avoided. I would focus on training the newer recruits so they understand how different RP situation's can be handled with proper ethics and standards.
3.2 Experienced HR and Training Team
I want to build an experienced Human Resources team that can properly train and guide our members. The main focus will be making sure every unit has the skills and knowledge required for their duties. With trainings and practical situations I want our members to become more confident and make fewer mistakes during RP. This will also help improve the RP quality not only in SAHP but also when interacting with civilians and other organizations.
3.3 Bringing SAHP Back to Its Former Glory
One of my goals is to bring SAHP back to the level of professionalism and activity it once had. With a team of Deputy Sheriffs, Chiefs of Staff and High Commands I believe we can build a strong structure inside the organization and reach the expectations of both the administration and the citizens. I want SAHP to be known as one of the professional and reliable organizations in the state.
3.4 24/7 Protection and Activity
With my team I want to make sure that San Andreas and its citizens have coverage throughout the day. We will focus on maintaining patrols responding to situations and keeping communication, between units strong. My goal is to make SAHP a department that citizens and other organizations can rely on whenever they need assistance.
