In the time i spent on the City i have got high command spots in a Many different Organaztions and Have worked across so many departments. as I was Cheiff of staff in SAHP , i served as Deputy Head of Department of JTTF and a Human Resources Officer in The FIB, and right now i am Chief of Staff over The HR and the Department of Treasury in the Government ( Which is Hard to maintain) . On top of that m working as a lawyer, And me being in All this Orgs and being a lawyer showed me every kind of situation from defending clients in court or DOC cases or Even Doing arrest warrant against Other Officers from other orgs ( For Valid IC reasons ). After spending all this time in High command roles and Leading Departments and Leaders Putting Trust on my with that i feel like the next step is to actually running an organaztion myself.
The reason i picked SAHP is that i've already been part of it. Being Curator of HR there means i understa nd how the Org runs internally From the Selecting the Officers who work there and Selecting the Highcommand Positions and Doing the Highcommand Interviews as well as Training the New People who dont have any past experience in SAHP, and dealing with it from the Government side gave me a view of it from the outside too. i know what a strong Highway Patrol should look like , stuff like high command going inactive or taking Positions Then sit without doign any thing, Officers not Taking the RP seriously or not trained Well to deal with Arresting a 10-15 or not having a Proper Bodycam for a lawyer , and slow response when something actually kicks off on the highway. Those are the things i want to lock down and keep the organization steady and active.

- Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization:
- Giving the training in the Right way just before any Unit goes to the highway. Almost all of the weak RP i see Comes from troopers who is not properly taught the rules or the procedures at first place.
- High command has to actually be out on the roads. Highcommands need to be in the situations themselves, Going out with trainees and watching how they handle real Traffic stops / Arrests / and Lawyer Cases as i saw alot of Cases where Officer arresting for OOC reason ( Wanted stars without a Valid IC reason). When the people at the top Do RP the right way, All Troopers under them will Learn .
- Rewarding good RP Handling or Active Units , So we dont Only give a strike when an officer do Something wrong we also Promote him if he is active and Handling RP real Good . An Officer who Take a scene well should be getting promotions . That's what actually pushes people in all the organaizations , when Units can see that putting in effort gets them somewhere instead of just a bonus which is also Important to Issue the Bonuses to all Units for the hard working and attending Events.
- Keeping an small trainings and events running inside the organaztion as like Most arrest of the weeks get an extra bonus, Taking our Units to NG training Grounds , doing Challenges when There is nothing to do else that will Make our Units Work hard as i remember we had a 1 million bonus for the most Arrests so everyone was doing alot of arrests ( Proper Arrests with IC reasons of course ) so people stay sharp and dont get bored .
- Build a proper relationship with the other orgs, LSPD especially. i want to sign a joint with them where they can run patrols on the highways and we take patrols inside the city, so both sides are covered. That keeps each Org close by when an emergency drops or when one of us is tied up in another situation, and it ends up creating extra RP for both organaztions instead of arguments in OOC and Fighting Each other
