Around five days ago, Mr Floki informed me that he would update the punishment reason on my account. Before that, I completed a PC Check with Mr Kevin Balenciaga, and we discussed my case. I was informed that my punishment reason would be updated to include Gr 1.4 so I waited patiently for the change. Here
In my previous appeal, I was informed that my punishment should be Gr 1.1 GR 1.2 and that Gr 1.4 would be added to the punishment reason. However, instead of adding GR 1.4 the reason was changed to Account Theft, which is different from what I was told. Here
As you can see in the screenshot I attached, the punishment reason still does not match what Mr Floki explained to me. I have waited several days because I was told it would be updated, but it still has not been corrected.i tried to upload a complain
even after i submitted my complaint Mr Bobby rejected it and told me to wait untile the ban reason changed

I would appreciate it if the punishment reason could be reviewed and corrected as discussed, so I can proceed with resolving my ban correctly.
