As u can see in the POV this guy says i am in marabunta and i asked how does he know that and he says he saw it on the PDA and PDA is OOC which means he was MG

So how does one know when a warrant goes out and that said person is in the org? If so then every warrant that ever went out and an org was tagged then those warrants shouldn’t be valid if that information is OOC

U have to run a sepcial command for the warrent which makes the warrent IC /me connects PDA to Cell towers to find wanted criminal thats the command

I’ve never once been handed such command. And then ima need every bodycam of every warrant to prove they using such command. Cause I highly doubt they are

For clarification, warrants need no command.
PDA is both IC and OOC. If person is in state org then knowing which org they’re in from using PDA is IC, as state keep records of people in their ORG. If in a gang then it is OOC (unless roster is taken by FIB, then FIB may use it as IC). But we can identify if person is in a gang or gang affiliated by seeing “seen in criminal structure”, we just cannot identify which gang exactly from this
