I planted my fishing rod right next to the ocean, where it was clearly within reach of the water. Despite this, the admin punished me for "UB Fishing Rod."
I don't understand this punishment because my fishing rod was already placed near the water and I wasn't exploiting or abusing any game mechanics. From my point of view, the punishment was unnecessary and incorrect. SEE AT 53 SECOND. If the punishment is found to be incorrect, I kindly request compensation for the time I lost due to the wrongful punishment.

Despite this, the admin is claiming that my fishing rod was not near the water.
