2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A. I want to transform SAHP from just a highway ticketing unit into a highly professional highway safety and patrol department. By actively training new recruits, my goal is to maximize both internal discipline and overall roleplay quality.
B. I aim to strengthen communication and joint operations with other state organizations like LSPD, FIB, and NG. Through mutual support, regular joint patrols, and coordinated checkpoints, I will keep the state side active and synergistic.
C. I want to keep member motivation high by maintaining internal fairness, a clear promotion system, and active reward mechanisms. My leadership style is not about sitting behind a desk, but working on the field alongside my team to make SAHP the most active and respected faction on the server.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My main focus for elevating the RolePlay level within SAHP will be shifting from basic theoretical rules to hands-on, immersive training for all officers. I plan to conduct dynamic field exercises—such as high-speed pursuits, roadblock setups, and realistic traffic stops—where members learn to handle high-pressure situations through proper roleplay procedures. Furthermore, I will restructure our sub-divisions to give every officer a clear, specialized role, ensuring daily operations feel meaningful and realistic. By maintaining a zero-tolerance stance on Fail-RP while constantly rewarding high-quality roleplay through bonuses and rapid advancement, I will build a team that leads the server in RP standards.
