Dear Administration,

I am re submitting this complaint because my previous thread was rejected due to using Dropbox as the evidence host. I have now uploaded the evidence to ImgBB in compliance with the forum rules.

Details of the Incident:

GR 6.10 As shown in the proof, the player reached out directly to my personal DMs on Discord to discuss an IC traffic stop and fine issued by Officer Kashin Vane, instead of resolving the situation through IC means or the court system.

Potential GR 1.6 Since the player sent this financial settlement offer via Discord DMs, I am unsure if this also crosses into an OOC/Real Money Trading violation. I kindly request the administration to inspect this message and determine if it violates GR 1.6 as well.

But as you can see, Daisuke never insulted Mr. Bruce. If it happens in every conversation, then what's the difference between Mg and Gr 6.10?
About Gr1.6: It says there should be no Trade between Ooc and Ic money So,

The player in the DM clearly mentioned an out-of-court settlement, stating that the officer would pay the fine amount back and no subpoena would be issued in the officer's name. This is very common and does not violate any of the server rules, as he has just asked and is not moving the situation from IC to OOC. This seems to be clear targeting of Daisuke, as he got a term yesterday against Thomas, and this message was sent earlier but he made the forum today. Also, I would like to mention from the POV it is clearly visible that Daisuke is an attorney and can request an out-of-court settlement.

For GR 6.10, the violation must occur on the official Grand RP Discord servers.
Additionally, I do not see enough evidence of GR 1.6 in the provided situation.​
