I was muted for the reason "Nonsense In PC" where as the administrator was punishing so many people so just for fun I wrote please dont flood with a 
sign at the last because I was just joking. Where the administrator muted me saying Nonsense.
I did not teased anybody, I did not disrespect anybody. In morning Jack Silence was also opening some GC crates and won so many rewards so I just wrote in PC "Yo Silence did you increase the probability ?" and then silence also replied positively with a message.
But admin Kayce Shakespeare just punished me to show anger to me.
If we do toxicity in PC - Mute
Talking about IC issue - Mute
Fun & Jokes - Mute
Then what are we supposed to talk about in PC ?
