I am writing this appeal to sincerely apologize and clarify the situation regarding my ban.
On 16/06/2026, I joined the SAHP faction where I met some players who were using a software called N.G to improve graphic performance and boost FPS. Before using it, I asked around and did some research, and everyone assured me that it was allowed.
My sole intention was strictly to increase my FPS to get better game performance, and I was completely unaware that it was considered a violation of the server rules (GR 4.1). I never intended to gain an unfair advantage or harm anyone's roleplay experience, and I deeply apologize to anyone affected by my unintentional mistake.
I have completely removed/deleted the software, and I assure you that I have thoroughly re-read the rules to prevent anything like this from happening again. I value my time on Grand RP and respectfully request a second chance to return to the server.
