I mean he had my bounty, he car rammed me so i got out my car and pointed my gun and shot at him, didnt hit him tho until he ran me over, only after did i actually shoot him. Idk what is going on but i also talked to charlie where he stated that there was enough RP to shoot me since he had my bounty so idk why he punished me if there was enough RP. ill post a Screenshot of that conversation in a second.
