2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I started my journey as a leo as i came in city and joined Gov and served over there at 20th rank and learned about how everything works and all and later on i shifted towards gangs as i wanted to learn how things works in gang and throughout i became deputy of Bloods,Vagos,Ballas and later on i took bloods term and made it one of the most active term by maximizing joining events and ruling the ghetto and now after running this term i want continue again as a law enforcement Officer with and currently Lt General and wanting to lead as a Sheriff .
2.2 I think i have that potential to lead SAHP to greater highest under my command and make it one of the best terms with Proper discipline and maintain proper law enforcement and make all Highways Clean of no crime where every citizen feel safe with they didnt have to think a before coming to the Highways or any authorized area which comes under San Andreas Highway Patrol .
2.3 I will make sure all officers are rewarded according to there work and new new recruits feel supported and my main goal would be building a department where people respect each other , no favoritism , No toxicity and feel proud to wear SAHP badge.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
3.1 i will make bonuses system keep officers active and stay motivated and make sure bonuses are calculated fairly and provided them at correct time. Every department would be having different bonus system so they choose the department where they see they would fit perfectly and get rewarded according to there work and activity.
3.2 Ranks will Be earned through being active, loyal and knowledgeful. No favoritism will be done under my command.
3.3 I will make sure there is proper communication between everyone using proper radio codes and make my HR department will make sure that all new joiners gets proper training so they can be a skilled and responsible officer which maintains law enforcement Over the Highways.
3.4 Last but not the least if I really get the chance to lead SAHP i will give my best to make it more active, organized and will show the true dominance of SAHP, with a great RP and enjoyable for everyone.
