2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 My Experience ➜ I have been playing Grand RP for a long time now and have gained experience on both the illegal and legal sides of the city. I started my journey in Life Invader (LI) then i joined Marabunta where I learned how gangs work and slowly moved up in the ranks. Later I became Deputy in Bloods then Marabunta then Ballas and then Families, which gave me experience in leading teams and managing members. After that I got the chance to become the Temporary Leader of Marabunta, then I was selected as the full Leader and completed my marabunta term successfully. Later I became the Leader of East Side Ballas and finished the term with 100% Turf. On the other side the legal side, I served in SAHP as Commander and also worked in FIB, where I learned how state organizations operate and how to handle different RP situations. All these experiences have helped me to improve my leadership skill, communication and help me in making tough decisions. I believe I have the experience and confidence needed to lead SAHP and give my best if I get the opportunity.
2.2 Beyond the Illegal Side ➜ After i completed my leadership terms in Marabunta and East Side Ballas, I felt it is the right time to move beyond the illegal side and take a different responsibility. I have already experienced the gang side roleplay the leadership, managed heavy number members, and handled different difficult situations, so now I want to use that experience in a state organization. During my time in SAHP as Commander, I really enjoyed working on the legal side, doing patrols and coordinating with other state organizations. That experience made me interested in leading SAHP one day. If I get this opportunity, I want to build a organization where hard work is noticed, everyone is treated fairly, and officers enjoy coming on duty. I know every leadership term has its own challenges, but I am ready to learn, improve, and give my best to make the more SAHP active and well organized throughout my term.
2.3 Building a Better SAHP ➜ If I get the chance to lead SAHP, I will make sure that i will build a organization where every officer enjoys coming on duty and feels like their work matters in the city not just boring patrols. My focus will be on keeping the organization active with regular patrols, trainings, checkpoints, and different RP situations instead of only completing weekly tasks. I also want to build a strong team that helps lower ranks officer to improve and keeps the organization running smoothly throughout the day and the night. Promotions will be based on activity, discipline, and performance so everyone gets a fair chance to grow. I want the SAHP to be known as a professional, active, and respectful organization that works well with every other state organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 ➜ Provide proper training for every new officer before giving them full duty access, so they understand SAHP rules, procedures, and how to handle different situations correctly so they don't make any mistakes with put them and the organization in the danger.
3.2 ➜ Increase highway patrols, and try to do city patrols with LSPD and FIB, creating checkpoints, and vehicle inspections to create more interaction with civilians and improve roleplay.
3.3 ➜ Set weekly department goals and activities so officers stay motivated, active, and have more things to do with normal duty.
3.4 ➜ Maintain strong communication with LSPD, FIB, NG, EMS, and Government to create a better teamwork during the events and the situations.
3.5 ➜ Keep the Human Resources (HR) department active so they can hire the new officers and making sure every new comer have proper guidance.
3.6 ➜ Create a fair bonus system where hardworking and active officers are getting paid for their time and effort in the organization.
3.7 ➜ Make sure promotions are given based on activity, discipline, and performance so every officer gets a fair chance to grow up in the organization.
3.8 ➜ Encourage the Higher Rank officers to help train lower ranks and share their experience with newer members so they can also do the things properly.
3.9 ➜ Focus on better quality roleplay by handling situations, communicating with civilians, and avoiding unnecessary problem's.
3.10 ➜ Maintain an active and respectful environment where officers enjoy working together and feel proud to represent the SAHP.
