I am reporting this player for toxic baiting and targeted harassment. We were inside the jail area and unable to leave. The suspect stood outside the bars and repeatedly targeting me for having long hair, making mocking comments calling me and the other player a "nice couple." This is clear toxic provocation disguised as IC speech, violating GR 3.1. Please review the proof below.
