2.Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?

It has been a long time since I was in the city. Always I think about to be the leader of Marabunta Grande. It’s the best gang in the city for me. I have been participated in several gangs and been high commands in the gangs. That’s why I think that I have enough knowledge to get the leadership of Marabunta Grande.

I have solid experience in roleplay serverunderstand the is, especially in gang and crime factions. Importance of staying in character, creating realistic scenarios, and contributing to the server’s story. I’ve been part of multiple organizations where I learned leadership, communication, and strategy.

I also got some goals as a gang leader which i want to achieve as having the most active gang, successful gang term with most numbers of raids and robberies, also i want to have the whole ghetto painted in our colors and have a dedicated team to spray our color all over the ghetto and Blue color is my personal favourite.

Ill hire top of the top deputies who will make sure everyone in the org maintain activity properly, From the highest to lowest rank in the org. No matter who they are will always keep an eye on those who are inactive and fire them immediately.

Giving Maximum Bonus To Gang Members So They Can Enjoy As Well As More People Will Join Esily So It Help Us To Increase Recruit more people to increase activity.
