Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I want to become the leader of Bloods because I have always enjoyed the atmosphere, teamwork, and roleplay that an illegal organization can provide. I want to build Bloods into a strong, active, and respected organization with its own reputation and identity

I have experience in illegal organizations, and I understand how important activity, discipline, teamwork, and good RolePlay are. As a leader, I want to create interesting situations and activities for our members while maintaining high-quality RP

I also want to help develop new members and give experienced members responsibilities. I will build a strong High Command and Deputy team that can manage the organization properly even when I am not online

2- Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. I will focus on gang activities such as Gang Wars, Gang Turfs, Store Robberies, Fort Zancudo, Battleship, Submarine, and other server events
2. I will make sure every member understands and follows the server rules
3. I will organize regular activities to keep the gang active
4. I will encourage members to create quality RP situations instead of focusing only on shooting
5. I will organize events with LEOs, such as Hostages, Gun Stores, and FZ, to improve RP for both sides
6. I will train new members and teach them how to properly represent Bloods
7. I will maintain discipline and avoid unnecessary punishments or rule violations
8. I will make sure there is no toxicity inside the organization
9. I will build a strong and active spray team and participate in organization events as much as possible.
