1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
=> I like to become an administrator as I'm more interested in helping players than my own RP. I have a great understanding of how the server rules work, player behaviour, and how staff should respond to varying situations from my experience on EN2-EN1. I think I can make more of a difference when everyone feels like they can play in an equal and fun environment.

2. What are your strengths?

• Calm and patient in serious situations
• Unbiased in decisions
• Active and quick to respond.
• Good knowledge of Grand RP rules through my EN1-En2 Also But I Leave En2server experience.

3. What are your weaknesses?
=> My weakness is that sometime i give my most of the time ensuring that my decision is perfect and fair But i am working on this soon it will become my strength

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
=> I have good rule knowledge, conflict resolution, communication and evidence review skills, which I have developed throughout my EN2 experience. I can deal with reports professionally, support new players and work effectively with the staff team

=> Yes

=> No. I currently have no IRL problems that will affect my activity

=> I am really willing to work in the admin team of EN3. I will work hard with full dedication And I am confident enough to pass the interview What i need is just a chance from the Dear Admins of En3
