2.1. I have enough experience to lead Marabunta.​

I have spent a long time in Grand RP and have been part of different gangs. During that time, I learned how a gang should be managed, how to keep members active, and how to deal with different situations. I believe I have reached a point where I can use that experience to lead my own organization and build a strong Marabunta.

2.2. I want to create a stable and active gang.​

One thing I always notice is that many gangs start well but slowly lose activity because there is no proper management. If I become the leader, I will focus on keeping the gang active every day, making sure everyone has something to do, and creating an environment where members enjoy playing together instead of joining only for events.

2.3. I enjoy leadership and teamwork.​

For me, being a leader is not about having the highest rank. It is about helping people improve, solving problems, and making good decisions for the whole team. I like organizing people, planning activities, and making sure everyone feels like they are an important part of the gang. That is one of the biggest reasons I want to lead Marabunta.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

I believe good RolePlay starts with good communication and discipline. Every new member should learn the server rules before joining gang activities, and regular meetings can help everyone stay on the same page. I also want members to focus on creating realistic RP situations instead of only looking for fights. This will make Marabunta more enjoyable to play in and more respected by other organizations.
