2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First Reason:
Marabunta Grande has always stood out to me because of its headquarters. In my opinion, it has one of the best headquarters in the entire city. The overall design, the spacious layout, the garages, and the atmosphere make it a perfect base for a powerful organization. Every time I have been there, it has motivated me to imagine leading the organisation and making full use of everything it has to offer. This is one of the biggest reasons I want to lead Marabunta Grande specifically.
Second Reason:
I have been part of this city for almost three years, and throughout that time I have gained extensive experience across multiple organizations. I understand how gangs operate from recruitment and training to event management and internal discipline. I am familiar with every major gang activity, including turf wars, robberies, organisation management, and strategic planning. I believe I have reached a stage where I possess both the experience and maturity required to successfully lead Marabunta Grande.
Third Reason:
My ambition has always been to lead an organization and build it into one of the most respected and active gangs in the city. My goal is to ensure Marabunta Grande dominates every aspect of criminal activity, whether it is clands, store robberies, FZ raids, or city wide events. I want every member to feel motivated, valued, and proud to represent the organization. With consistency, teamwork, and proper leadership, I am confident that Marabunta Grande can become the benchmark for every other gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
One of my biggest priorities as a leader will be improving the overall quality of roleplay. I will encourage every member, especially my deputies, to focus on creating immersive and enjoyable scenarios instead of rushing through situations. Negotiations during robberies and hostage situations should feel unique, engaging, and entertaining for both criminals and law enforcement. This approach creates memorable interactions and improves the experience for everyone involved.
I have also noticed that highway criminal activity has become relatively inactive. If I am given the opportunity to lead Marabunta Grande, I will regularly organize highway robberies with my members to bring life back to those areas. This will create more dynamic encounters for SAHP and make highway patrols feel meaningful and unpredictable once again.
Finally, maintaining a healthy environment within the organization is extremely important to me. Toxicity destroys teamwork, lowers morale, and negatively impacts roleplay. I have zero tolerance for unnecessary toxicity and disrespect. Under my leadership, Marabunta Grande will be built on discipline, activity, mutual respect, and high quality roleplay. My objective is not only to make the organization one of the strongest in the city but also one of the most enjoyable and professional factions to be a part of.

1. Achieve 100% Turf.
2. Do as many highway robberies as i can.
3. Create enjoyable and competitive roleplay for everyone.
