As you can see in the POV, T.S:1:00, ID:16096 shoots me and my friend without giving any demands in the Green Zone. ID:184997 then tased and cuffed me during the shooting and later ran away while I was still cuffed and grabbed him by the arm. ID:184997 used a taser, while ID:16096 used an AR. The reason for detaining me was that I honked my car and called him “motherfucker.” The word “motherfucker” is slang. The rest of the incident can be seen in the POV.
