I was roaming on my roof suddenly out of no where I got shot by snipper and get killed. According to general rule 6.15 it is forbidden to kill someone without engaging in RP situation.

Dear Arthur, I was one of the guy in the roof, he was not given medical attention, he bleed out and went to hospital
