I got a quest to steal an X6 bmw and so I found it in the streets. I tried to rp it out but they somehow already knew it. They ran from me almost instantly with no rp. They went into a green zone and camped there and then ran away straight into hq while i was chasing them and i told them to stop and all but they wouldn't listen and went straight into hq.

- The situation was roleplayed correctly and you were not chasing him with 2 cars and 4 people so he is allowed to go to a greenzone or his HQ
