2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1
Becoming a leader was my passion from the beginning of my journey. To begin with, a lot of people and majority of the past leaders defined the term “leadership” in a wrong way.

Being a leader should not be defined as the person who is in charge, it is about taking care of those in its charge. Basically, the leader is the supervisor of people who are in charge.

This means, when everything goes smooth, you must give all the credit and when everything goes wrong, you must take all responsibility. That is exactly why I am defining myself as a perfect fit for the position.

2.2 I would like to change LSPD’s working style. Throughout the previous terms, most of the people could not unleash their true potential as the management system was not reliable. Most of the people does not feel safe when there are some people watching every action, trying to catch and punish when

someone makes a mistake. If the right environment is created, every person can unleash their potential and become a better officer and creating that environment requires trust and especially empathy.

So, the problem is not the people who fail constantly, it's all about the leadership.

2.3 So, why did I choose specifically LSPD to apply? LSPD is an organization that has really hidden potential deep down. First, I was working as a LEO from the beginning of my journey for 6 months straight.

So, I am fully aware of how hard it is to climb all the ladders to get promotions and then become a HC. That is why I can assure that there will be no favoritism at all thanks to the system I am going to apply.

Basically, I am not going to hire anyone else rather than my deputies into the chain and they will choose their Chief of Staff and the chain will go like that. I will be only responsible for approving the candidates to make sure that they are not doing any favoritism as well. Secondly, I was a HC in every organization I was in. I have been supervisor of Field Operation Department at FIB, 2nd Lt. at NG and lastly, Chief of Staff at LSPD.

This is a sign that I am loyal to every organization that I work with. Also, I define myself as a very professional and stable person while doing any work that is in my responsibility.

If we get back to my point, I know how to reveal LSPD's real potential and how to create an atmosphere of mutual trust. I want to make people love their job and they will not only like it, they will also feel like a family.

My supreme goal is to make people not only join LSPD for the paychecks or just a step to join other organizations.

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization?

3.1
It comes to mind that, after the first week of the recent update that came to the server, nobody used the new assets that were given to LSPD. I will try to increase the use of radars in reasonable places like crowded areas,

known buildings and secure facilities to create a safe environment for the civilians. Also, thanks to the grand rp dev team, LSPD can search criminals who are wanted by the state with a limit. The officers and especially The SWAT team will be working on catching criminals with some advanced rp scenarios to ensure that both sides are experiencing new and dynamic situations.

3.2 As a police officer, our main job is keeping the city and streets as clean as possible. By doing that, there are 2 different subjects that LSPD focus on mainly. Towing and patrolling around the city.

Towing department is working very well as in the last 15 days and we had shifts to clear black market by searching trunks and towing them from the black market to make the city safer.

Let's talk about patrolling around the city. It got my attention that we are doing okay while responding to calls but the rp inside is not very satisfying. I am going to make sure that officers will be pursuing the vehicle, try to pull the car over and will try to create different situations with some spike strips or roadblocks to catch them offhand.

3.3 Lastly, I would like to change up the ranks a bit. I am very happy about the condition of SWAT and FTD. I can guarantee that SWAT will be perfect and consistent with some advanced training and tactics. Also, I will be implementing a new system to the field training department to make sure that every officer is valuable to the organization and make them feel like we are a big family. About the changes, I would like to remove IB department as a whole and bring detectives back. Detectives going to be some special and experienced officers who are aware of advanced stuff about LEO and police.

There will be 1 major/head of detectives to supervise them through the journey. Detectives will be responsible for investigating any crime scene to collect evidence towards criminals. Detectives will be reporting their duties to their major/head.

Also, there will be a head/major IA to supervise IA specialists. IA is responsible for the paperwork and investigations inside the organizations. If they find out any corruption or something that can lead harm to the organization, they will report it to their supervisor (head/major IA)

Supervising will be very important terminology for LSPD since every single officer will have to report their duties to their supervisors so that we can prevent chaos.

In addition, LSPD should be the closest and most transparent organization to the citizens of the city. This is why I will be implementing public relations into the police department to stay in contact with citizens of Los Santos. Publishing press releases and giving speeches to the press regularly to update citizens and showing what LSPD is doing in its daily duties. Also, we will be arranging some public meetings once or twice in a week to meet citizens and listen to their needs. This way, I can improve the rp experience in the organization and interact with our beloved citizens. Thanks to my skilled IA department, I will be staying in touch with the public constantly.
