1. Leader of... LSPD
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I have been in many LEO organizations and have been in High command in nearly all LEO organizations and there have
been times when I needed to do the Leaders job for a few hours and I believe I could step in and take leadership
of LSPD with my past experiences -
- I have been a deputy in many gangs so I have a lot of experience with the gang side and
I have been in High Command in nearly every LEO organization. I have gained a lot
of experience and knowledge of the LEO and Gang rules so I believe I can use this to my knowledge as
an LEO leader. -
- Although I haven't been in LSPD as much as other organizations like SAHP, I have enjoyed my time there along with
how the departments are run. I want to change some ranks in LSPD and a few other things. I spend
a lot of time in each organization that I am a part of meaning I am loyal to the organization I join. -
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- With my experiences as both a gang member and an LEO member, I notice how much people illegally park in the city
of San Andreas and I plan on making "Towing" essential to everyone's day-to-day doings. -
- I would also interact more with all other LEO organizations especially the government because now, you barely see
any organizations interact with each other unless it is a "department" or "meeting". For example - for government
I would interact more by helping them do encashment instead of them doing it by themselves. -
- I plan on making a Public Relations department (PR) to get the civilians of San Andreas more involved with LSPD
by participating in the fun events our PR department creates. -
- I want to introduce a new rank called "Commander of IA" which will watch over the "IA Specialists" to ensure they
are doing their jobs and not being corrupt by only giving one strike to friends instead of much more. I would like
both "Chief of Staff" and "Commander of IA" to work together and make sure everyone is taking out enough ammo,
doing their logs correctly, and ensuring that everyone is in proper uniform when on duty so the public can see
our professionalism. -
- Our "Chief of Staff" will ensure all departments work perfectly, especially the Public Relations department so
that way we can get the civilians of San Andreas more involved with LSPD and we will also publish press releases
so the public can see what we are up to. -
