The guy who made a report has nothing related to the situation, he was just recording and hiding in GZ - If it works like this, I will stand in GreenZones and if I see a rule break not related to me I record it and post it on forums.

I don't know since when admins accept 3rd party complains?

The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:


"The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation)."
