this happened to me too and an admin answered me "that you can go to the roof through the circle". So if this rule applies then you too can climb inside the circle and go to this roof..so they need to find a rule that applies to the request you are making because one says this another says that they must find a specific rule!!! they should make a rule that says "its not allowed to start from roofs in events"
