Rejected Demorgan rule 6.2

Hello, I'm JaKos Badmash 36142 I got a warn and jail for violating rule 6.2, what happened was me and my friend we're going to cheap 24/7 store, we were on the Pacific bluff highway suddenly 4 ballas cars started to ram and shoot us as we we're near fort Zancudo we got inside to ask help from the officers but we came to knew that ballas we're leaving from there so the lspd officers thought we were there to rob them so they didn't hear us and started shooting and me and my friend got killed this happened so quickly the textures, ingame objects didn't spawned so as soon textures got back my game froze and then crashed. To not get a warn I quickly started the game again but it was too late I was already in jail by Admin Nick Rune, I play on a very low end laptop it has 8GB RAM, core i3, intel hd620 I've tried everything to run game smoothly and not to break any rules. Due to hardware issues I was unable to record POV.
