Life Story:
I was an orphan living in one of the shelters run by the Indian army in srinagar . Living there was one of the best moments of my life , I was loved by the soldiers like I was their own kid . All the kinds in the orphan used to love the army officers . One of the female army officers named Avni used to love me like her own child , she was a paramedic in the army . The day of reckoning came , I had my 12th board exams on the day . From the past few days Kashmir was in turmoil . I was walking home from the exam day and saw a large amount of crowd gathered there who were rioting . I hid myself in a broken shack nearby looking at the crowd from far away . The army officers from the base that I had my shelter in were deployed here to protect a local police station . The crowd outnumbered the army officers and the police officers . I could see the crowd breaking into the police station and stealing from the armory . The crowd started throwing big stones on the group of army officers stationed there . Officer Avni was also there on the scene who came to help out the other army officers . I could clearly see a stone hitting her head , I snapped . I started running towards her like a madman , a psycho - the only thing I was murmuring in my head kill , kill , kill ,kill . I wanted to kill the rioters right then and there . I tried to save her but then even I was hit by stone and while lying all I could see was her bleeding to death . I woke up in the hospital after a few hours , total hatred in my heart . Then the hospital staff told me that the lady officer had died , I broke into tears and my hatred against criminals increased even more . But then I was told that one of the rioters saved me from dying . That day I understood that there is no such thing as black or white , everything is gray .
Career story:
I passed my college and then became an officer working in the Central Bureau of Investigation , India . I was one of the best operative of CBI in India because I used to be an UC agent and used to work closely with gangs to understand their patterns and stop criminal attacks . I used to also feel sympathy for the gang members because they used to do the illegal stuff because of the living conditions they endured in their upbringing . Hank Volkov was here in India for a conference with CBI . I met him and he saw the amazing work I had done in the past . So he called me up on a deputation to FIB to work under him . Hank got the deputation documents verified by both the president of USA and the Prime minister of India . Hence I am here working under Hank Volkov as a Head of Department of the undercover division . Coming to the USA I started using performance enhancing drugs to increase my strength while doing special undercover operations .
Outcomes:
1. Tom is able to torture/Interrogate/kill for information by using truth serum, even lawyers . Using rp commands
2. Tom will be able to work with informants to be able to pay for information or evidence.
