I dont know about you bud, but landing on a flat part of a hill isnt hard or unrealistic.
but you know what is, is your car driving up the hill...

as for your 2nd point, it already is 30 seconds prior to the incident... (and i dont how there is any RP situation that warrants that kind of VDM, CR and non-rp driving)
