Approved Breaking General Rule 6.12 and 6.15 Persy Bolo 4708

Hello I would like to report Persy Bolo 4708 for breaking rules 6.15 and 6.12. I was working as an EMS when I got the call to go assist in reviving someone. As I was getting close to the area I got shot down by this player.
