So I was sent to demorgan for 180 minutes over this complaint. However I wish to highlight the following points.
- Morgan Smart has actually cut off earlier part of the footage in that evidence that he has posted. I do admit it does show me running around with him in cuffs. And I wasn't aware that it is counted as PG on this server. My understanding of the rules is not that deep considering I only joined the server a week ago.
- Morgan Smart and his buddies were basically baiting government agents by pulling out a weapon at capitol and running over to a car, and when tased or cuffed, his friends would VDM us all. (Footage of this can probably be found if he is to post footage perhaps 2-3 minutes prior to what he has posted in the complaint). And in order to avoid dying I did run up. VDM in a greenzone is what he has committed.
- And to prove this if you check his logs, he was jailed very soon after that by Harvey Spector who can also confirm this and I also offered Harvey that I could be punished for it then. And 180 minutes seems too harsh for a small thing like this especially considering once I understood my mistake I actually let him go.
And I repeat again that Morgan Smart was sent to demorgan by an admin (Harvey Spector) for VDM at Capitol(Green zone), so it is indeed true whatever I am claiming above since Harvey completely witnessed it. So whatever evidence he has actually posted is only a part of what was happening.
In fact if he is willing to post maybe the past 5-10 minutes of what lead to this, it would be enough to show it was him in the wrong. And about the PG, yes I let him go as soon as I was made to understand that it was PG and it wasn't intentional. I've learnt my lesson and I abide by the rules on a regular basis.
