They were informed multiple times about our hostage. We gave all of them warnings. Despite that they decided to fire upon the people who literally had the hostage at gunpoint and from pov you can see the hostage was shot so many times.

yeah cause another family member already had him has hostage but they shot at him and he ditched the hostage and ran. i mean it isnt really any sort of failrp to take him hostage despite being shot at because i was already right next to him when they shot at me so its RPly ok for me to use him as a meat shield to get them to stop but they never did.
And we had like 5 guys pointing guns at the hostage but they all opened fire idk kinda dumb the lack of RP there

Yes, thats exactly how hostages work. As you can see from POV and comms, we were shot at first WHILE having a hostage. Unless you have POV to prove otherwise, please dont add unneccesary messages to flood the thread.
I used the hostage as a meatshield by taking him hostage. Nothing wrong RPly. Just dont forget, im a criminal. Life means nothing to me unless its one of my guys.

Just curious how is a gangster using an LEO as a meat shield unrealistic? thats literally what anyone would do irl... thats as realistic as it gets

also from pov you can clearly see we gave warnings that we have one pd as hostage and we will shoot if anything is done. i said it myself. but somehow the LEOs took it upon themselves to open fire on the group of people who were holding the PD at gunpoint

It is FailRP, maybe FearRP for taking the officer hostage mid gunfight and then standing in the middle of the road like he is god or something while he literally says "keep shooting" in the family chat. Gang members think having a hostage means we wont shoot anyone no matter what even if they shoot us. They think they have like god mode when they have a hostage. I can't say much as I wasn't there, but in the real world, EVEN IF the suspect has a hostage and is being shot at, he would take cover. No one in the world would run into the middle of a gunfight with a hostage because it is pure suicide. Having a hostage doesn't mean you don't have to fear for your life and can walk into gun fights like you are Jesus. I am not going against this report, but isn't 'Krazzy Singh' breaking rules by doing that?

LEOs have no choice to engage in gunfight as they are looting, and robbing an LEO from their perspective. And shots would not stop being fired as the hostage takers also were shooting while trying to make peace. Its one or the other, Peace or a Fight, you cant do both and expect more or less than both.

As well, at 22 seconds, is that considered looting during a gunfight, or nah?

I am not involved in this situation whatsoever however I would say at 0:22 it would not be considered looting during a gunfight. However thats just my opinion, rest is all upto the admins

yes, 22 seconds was a mistake and im fine to get punished for that. i just think its hilarious that youre willing to shift the point of the report here to advocate for what youre trying to say. The point is not that i use the hostage as a meatshield mid gunfight. I was already with the hostage when the shooting started. I merely used him as a meatshield. (FYI this shit happens ALL THE TIME IRL so if youre going to relate to the 'real world' if im getting shot at and im not dead, people take the nearest person they know whom wont be shot at and hide behind.) We had the hostage. We had the power. However, LEOs decided to powergame and failRP and break value for life to shoot at the people who have one of their own as hostage.

Actually after re-looking at the POV, there were no shots fired in my direction while i was looting and shots only came in WHILE i was in the middle of making the PD Hostage. So far looks like i did nothing wrong tbh. Up to admins discretion but ill still stand by the fact that taking my hostage as a meatshield so that i stop getting shot at sounds pretty RP and real life like to me. Shooting at an hostage by Legal Orgs however doesnt sounds very RP. Daniel Murphy

I am not denying your claims, I am just adding info I see on your POV. If you wanted negotiation, why would you type "keep shooting" in chat? It's an honest question...

with this POV I will determine who shot first.

Time stamp 1:03
ID 7852 is shot and killed.
While the shooting continued, he isn’t necessarily “hostage”, but his life is in danger no?
Kill logs show FIB has the death of 7852 on their hands.
Then once the hostage is grabbed, there is no repercussions to save his life, as the gun fight continues.

This ends with punishments to Legal Organizations.
