1st clip shows how 2 rats climbed on top of the roof, resisted arrest, fled the scene, failed to comply, and you getting in your car which makes it impossible to use a taser to get you out. RDM means Random DeathMatch, i had reasons to shoot, if anything this is an IC thing about me shooting prematurely. It would be RDM if i just saw you in your car, sitting, doing nothing and then i decided to shoot you

ID 20104 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.10

Id 19828 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.10 & VDM

ID 8553 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.10, General Rule 6.15, Mixing.
(General Rule 6.10 - Yes they did take IC situation to OOC but you replied them with trash talk and insults aswell.
General Rule 6.15 - Coming to Capital and shooting out of nowhere POV
Mixing - Saying Non-RP terms like 'Its going on forums' POV)​
