1. Leader of SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol).

Hello, citizens of LOS SANTOS, This is Levi. Bear with me while I draft my application.


2. Why do I want to be the leader of this specific organization?

My time with SAHP has only lasted for two terms, but throughout those two terms, I gave my all in the division of Recruitment Specialist, and as a result, in this current term, I was promoted to chief of RS, a position that reportedly lasted for three days. However, during the course of these three days, I made open recruiting on my first day, which increased the strength from 80 to a startling 103 in just two hours. At the same time, I conducted mass training that prepared around 20 people for their FTP. You can be considering whether these statistics are advantageous for the RS chief or for being in that division. But having dealt with some IA cases as a chief, I am aware that some aspects need to be cleaned up. That's when I came to the realization that every division has weaknesses and that only the leader can make SAHP the best organization, or at the very least decent. This prompted me to purge the division as the RS chief, and I've started rebuilding my division, which only took 5 hours with the assistance of my peers. I'm confident that as a leader, I can try my best to balance every difference. And whether or not I become the sheriff, I'll make sure my motto endures.

SAHP should be more concerned with the work we do and the communication we have than with salaries and positions.


SRT (special response team)

As sheriff, I will completely overhaul SRT (special response team). Negotiations will no longer be a separate section; instead, they will be a component of SRT (special response team). And on another note, I'm even planning to make the name change to this division as BLACK CATS., This division will always stay as undergod and no one realizes its existence.


Airborne and Amphibian unit ( A&As)
Both the Air and the Water components are integrated into this unit. This unit responds by offering both air and water support in areas of the SAHP's jurisdiction that are particularly difficult to reach by road. Even our map's range for the amphibious units is depicted in the image below. I'll even ask that the SAHP's Sandy Shores department be opened in order to improve the functionality of this unit.



Public Relations
I want SAHP to communicate with the public more as me being as sheriff. In the previous term, there wasn't much activity in the PR (Public Relations) sector. That is something I want to improve. This division will engage with the media and arrange fundraisers for the residents of San Andreas. I want San Andreas residents and the broader public to love SAHP.


Highway Patrol
The highway patrol division already serves numerous purposes, but I would want to see it take on new ones by training cops in the more effective highway patrol. To help officers improve their work and effectively patrol the highways, I would increase training. The availability of officers in all respects would even increase if the SAHP's sandy shores department is operational.


Detective Division (Special Operations)
The Special Operations Division of SAHP, formerly renowned for being the best in the city at undercover operations, is now hardly ever used. I believe that the detective section could achieve its former glory with perseverance. To ensure that the new detectives are prepared to enter the field and apprehend some criminals, we will add more policemen to the Division and also give them a unique and rigorous training program.


Recruitment Specialists
As sheriff, I will make some significant modifications to the area in which I have some competence, making it impossible for anyone to actually meddle and enhance learning to its highest potential. Changes will be made to the outfit, the training program, and even some significant components. This division will even include some trainings for A&As.


Internal Affairs
One of the most crucial departments in any company is internal affairs. If elected sheriff, I'll tighten up the IA team's standards to keep the company in good shape. I will also create a document that will assist them and demonstrate how to complete each IA task. Additionally, I would inform them of the internal regulations and require them to uphold them for the benefit of the company.


Activity
SAHP has been having a lot of activity issues. I want to fix that and get to a situation where the morning shift has at least 20 people on duty. I have faith in myself and in my fantastic team, and I know we can accomplish this. However, I believe we need to put more emphasis on mass hiring and training.


Patrols
Overall, SAHP personnel are excellent at performing routine patrols. But ghetto patrols have really hurt us, and I wish SAHP will do more of them. I would devise a sound plan for conducting them that would keep everyone safer in the ghetto regions. This even includes patrol officers being robbed on a daily basis which would be issued with some ideas I have and suggestions I take from my peers.


3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
The RP in SAHP is generally of a high caliber; in my opinion, it is the best of all legal bodies. However, I believe there is always room for improvement.
The first thing that can be done to enhance the roleplay is to ensure that all SAHP officers strictly adhere to all applicable laws. As a government agency, SAHP ought to try its utmost to abide by the laws. Additionally, I'd like to make sure that all SAHP officers are paying closer attention to the RP Terms "PowerGaming" and "FearRP." The use of the commands /me, /do, and /try should be increased because role-play needs to be maximized when conducting certain activities and events. More or less my motto (SAHP should be more concerned with the work we do and the communication we have than with salaries and positions.) will highly be stressed throughout my term.

+1.Srikar had some great ideas for the org, worked incredibly hard in the RS department and will be a great addition the the SAHP Sheriff History.


He will do great.

A huge +1 from to Srikar. This man put his absolute work and time into the SAHP. He saved a whole department by himself. Very dedicated person and hard working. Would make a great Sheriff and would up the SAHP to a better place.
