1.Leader Of SAHP
Hello, First of all I'm thanking everyone who had read my application and giving support to me
2.Why I want to be the leader of this specific organisation?
I have experienced in many departments in different organisations.I have worked in LifeInvader,in government as Doc officer, Government secretary,USSS SSA ,and in SAHP also.I have gained experience from these organisations.I have seen many leaders in different organisations and i would like to gain more experience as leader of this specific organisation.I think that now it is the best time to become the leader of this organisation.In SAHP I worked as Primary negotiator and Senior Recruitment specialist.If i become the leader of this specific organisation i would like to bring changes in Each departments.
Recruitment Specialists
I'm seeing many peoples who would like to join in SAHP many people were applying some will correctly apply some may be wrong and some will copy.As im seeing many peoples didn't know rules. So if i become leader i would like to create a meeting who have passed interview and take a class for them for some time like what SAHP mainly do and what are the activities we are doing in this organisation.
SND(Strategy and Negotiation Department)
Im seeing members in negotiation department is less and hc were taking negotiation a few were ready to join in negotiations.If i become leader i will recruit some people to this department and i will take demo of hostage situation and train them to negotiate in better way
Internal Affairs
Internal Affairs is another department in SAHP. Peoples in this department will check loa application patrol logs etc.. .Im seeing many cadets were not filling their patrol logs properly.As a Sheriff I will assign some duty to IA members If cadets were not filling their properly gave them three warnings after that a strike.
Undercover (Special operations)
SAHP was good for Special operations early and i think they were little back now.So i want this department back as powerful.I will recruit some members to this department gave them trainings and give some techniques.
Public relations
I want people to love SAHP organisation for this i will create a group of members and will host some events creat news,blogs and will take interview of officers and will publish it with the help of LifeInvader.
SRT(Special Response Team)
I would like to get this organisation as powerful.So i will recruit some units gave them trainings in difficult way so they can perform well in many situations.
Activity
I Have seen that SAHP is struggling in morning shifts as no units were available at morning so i don't need that.So i would like to recruit more people's in morning shifts.
Patrols
Our officers were good at patrolling but in Ghetto patrols it is hard.So i would like to do more Ghetto patrols so officers will get more confident and they become stronger in patrolling.In some areas of the city it is difficult to patrol so i would like to bring a heli unit so they can patrol in helicopter also.
3.Your advise for improving Roleplay level in organisation.
I believe that SAHP is the most RP based organisation in city.I would like maximize the use of /me/try/do commands in situations.I would like to put more attention in Powergaming and Fear rp.
I want to have a more increased relationship between the other LEO’s, by having more trainings and events with them. This will help create a more friendly and professional environment within the organisations.
I would finally like to boost the amount of trainings and also the amount of open recruitments at set times, mainly during times that we have a smaller amount of people in the city, on duty and helping out in anyway shape or form.
