If this is an unwritten green zone, we can't rob outside of the city's ghetto and out of town at the same time, it's nonsense rule says it's forbidden to play only in the green zone, I know that most players do not apply this, I request you to change this attitude

Who told u can't rob cars in city? U can rob cars in city if it's not in GZ u can rob people in city but u can rob cars in city in ghetto and highways or anywhere where it is not GZ.
